Telkomsel is one of the biggest telco in Indonesia. Telkomsel is facing challenges for accommodating customer needs, especially Gen Z. They are born with technology and they accommodate their needs easier than the old generation. They are aware with gadget and good at using them. Telkomsel need to be adaptif on providing the servis and solution based on this young generation needs, so Telkomsel also can maintain its revenue and business continuity. Thus, Telkomsel has do some changes in some area and improvement, noy only in business perspective, but also in technology and way of working perspective.
