Major Accident Hazards  are a critical part of Operation HSE Case in LNG Plant. That shall be identified via thorough HEMP process in Design Stage. Failure to manage the MAH could leading to materializing the Major Accidents which could significant impact to People, Asset, Environment and Reputation of the LNG Companies. Management of MAH is an integral part of Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management where the entire organization elements should take part. The successful criteria in managing MAH is goal zero: Zero Harm and Zero Leak to  the operational assets.
