Webserver Development for PT Badak NGL Overview & Monitoring (Bontang Plant) to IOC (Integrated Operation Center) at SKK Migas' Office, Jakarta

SKK Migas is currently developing IOC (Integrated Operation Centre) showing production monitoring of all Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) in Indonesia. At present, there are 11 KKKS (or more) integrated with SKK Migas network in the Jakarta office.
As per SKK Migas’s requirement, PT Badak NGL shall also be integrated as well to conform with that SKK Migas program. To connect PT Badak NGL process data (Bontang Plant) to SKK Migas’s IOC, there are several alternative designs that can be used. However, with some considerations regarding security issues, existing Pipeline Operation Maintenance & Agreement (POMA) Telemetry and Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) network (which is already connected to SKK Migas network) is going to be used. To implement this plan, PT Badak NGL must perform several communication configurations for data transfer between different domains or networks internally and also to be sent to external (telemetry system). In addition, some web-based plant overview graphic that will be displayed at SKK Migas’s IOC Server is required to be developed.
