During the pandemic, people's awareness to eat healthy foods has increased significantly, including chocolate. Chocolate is one type of food that has a long history. No wonder chocolate lovers ranging from children to the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop chocolate processing techniques that can produce healthy chocolate products and maintain product quality. To support healthy chocolate production, an integrated production system is also needed, starting from cacao cultivation, which produces high-quality beans to finally being processed into chocolate products that reach consumers.
This is where the importance of the chocolate factory which has built the fundamental foundation of chocolate processing and marketing.
