During this pandemic, community awareness to consume healthy food, one of which is chocolate, has increased significantly. An integrated production system is needed upstream to downstream to produce healthy cocoa beans to support healthy chocolate production. The current digital transformation positively impacts the agricultural sector, where "smart" technology has been applied to support agricultural production systems. The application of "smart" technology in the cocoa industry can guarantee the quality of raw cocoa beans to processed chocolate products for consumption. To realize a "smart" technology-based cocoa industry, human resources are needed to have qualified digital world capabilities. To support this plan, it is necessary to design collaboration between the world of education, the government, and the private sector to accelerate competence in the cocoa field and support innovative learning to produce digital talent human resources in the cocoa industry. To achieve the program's objectives, a series of workshops were arranged to run the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, where the Agricultural Engineering Study Program is one of the 4 study programs at Gadjah Mada University that received PKKM grants.
